Concrete Restoration · Protection · Safety

Same concrete.
Different home.

Restoring worn concrete, protecting it against North County's sun and salt air, and finishing it to stay safe underfoot — from Carlsbad driveways to La Jolla pool decks. Work that still looks right years down the road, not just the day we pack up.

The honest-assessment promise

The assessment is free — and the advice is honest.

Send a few photos and we'll tell you what your concrete actually needs — staining, sealing, stamped-concrete revival, or nothing at all yet. When we quote work, it's because your slab genuinely needs it, not because you asked.

What we do

We only do three things to concrete.

The crew that sealed your neighbor's deck probably also poured it and hung a gate. We don't pour and we don't frame — we stain, seal, and add grit, which is why we know how your slab will take color before we quote it.

Concrete Staining

Driveways, patios, and walkways transformed with rich, layered color that becomes part of the concrete — not a coating that peels. It's also how tired stamped concrete comes back to life, with hairline cracks filled first so the finish reads seamless.

Learn about staining

Concrete Sealing

Oil, salt air, and sprinkler water don't wash off bare concrete — they soak in and stain it for good. Sealing keeps the surface closed so they never get the chance. The cheapest protection your concrete will get, for one driveway or a whole HOA.

Learn about sealing

Grit-Infused Sealing

A grit sealer that adds real traction to any flatwork — driveways, walkways, patios, and pool surrounds. More grip where surfaces get wet, without a rough, abrasive feel.

Restore vs. replace

Same concrete. Two very different bills.

Unless a slab has genuinely failed, you're usually choosing between tearing it out and refinishing the concrete you already own.

Tear out & repour

  • Demolition crews on your property
  • Two to three weeks of work
  • Torn-up landscaping and hauling
  • Full replacement cost
What we do

Restore what you have

  • Typically a third to half the cost
  • Two to four days, no demolition
  • Keeps the sound slab you already paid for
  • You approve your color from swatches before we commit

Same concrete — we'll tell you honestly which one yours needs, even when the answer is "neither, yet."

How it works

Every job runs the same four steps — and prep is the one that decides how long it lasts.

01 / ASSESS

On-site assessment

We evaluate your concrete's condition, moisture, and prior coatings — then recommend only what it actually needs.

02 / PREP

Surface preparation

Cleaning, repair, and profiling. Prep is 70% of a finish that lasts — it's where we refuse to cut corners.

03 / FINISH

Stain & finish

Color and texture applied by hand, with your color approved from swatches before we commit to the full surface.

04 / SEAL

Seal & cure

Coastal-grade protection, proper cure time, and a final walkthrough. You sign off — then we photograph the after.

Where we work

North County and Beyond.

We stay local on purpose. Coastal concrete has its own problems — salt air, marine layer moisture, sun — and we've built our methods around them.

Outside these areas? Send us your project — for the right job, we travel.

Savings

The cheapest concrete is the concrete you don't replace.

Restore instead of replace, seal before damage sets in, and maintain on a schedule — three ways we keep concrete off the demolition list. The full breakdown lives on the savings page.
